Return/EXCHANGE Policy

For wholesale customers, we can provide exchange or credit. Please email or call us regarding circumstances. All returns and exchanges need to be sent back to us.

We provide free of charge shipping on replacements for mispacked orders. 

If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.

All wholesale accounts are due 30 days from invoice.
